In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges for store credit only. We do not offer refunds. There is no exception.  

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. 

We will issue a store credit within 14 days of delivery.

ALL returned items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition/packaging.

A  $7 return shipping fee, will be deducted from your store credit refund. 

We offer FREE standard shipping.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tennessee, USA.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow up to 2 business days for our team to process your order once payment & order has been processed.

Please note: Once your items ships, we will NOT refund shipping fees for late arrivals as this is out of our control. 

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day.

• Store jewelry in our cloth Thirty Seven Collective bag.
• Use a jewelry cloth to clean everyday oils off. Do not use jewelry cleaner.
• Avoid contact with chemicals such as hairspray, lotions, perfumes, etc.
